PRODUCTION & TECH

I started as a certified technician for Apple hardware, software, and services, known as ACMT. I worked at Apple, Inc. for 7 years in various roles in retail and corporate, including hardware repair, business team specialist, software QA and retail Workshops Lead

I moved into the world of IT production at the agency 72 & Sunny. There I worked as IT Coordinator for Hecho Studios, the agency’s production arm. I became intimately familiar with studio post-production hardware and software setups, including designing and implementing editing bays. I also hold a certification for Autodesk Flame Admin and CompTIA A+.

I was tasked to also equip our producers and creatives with mobile workstations, as the COVID pandemic began. Allowing our studio to continue working with no down time .

From there I moved to another agency, Media Arts Lab. There I work as a product specialist, working directly with strategists, producers, and artists as a knowledge base for products, their capabilities, and as a collaborator for their market strategy potentials. I am also in a small team responsible for the current development of our own department within the studio.

I also serve a role in the production arm of the agency, Be Grizzlee. There I provide on-set product supervision and expertise, in addition to captures and localization verification. I have worked with teams in Canada, UK, China, and Japan on international ad campaigns.
