Here is a test scene from my upcoming feature-length film Deranged. I basically did this so I had something to turn in for my class this semester. It also allowed me a great opportunity to see how my material worked on film. As well as giving the actors an opportunity to practice, and get a taste of whats to come. I’ll begin shooting the full film next semester, beginning mid-January.
Deranged is a psychological thriller and the story begins hen two detectives are asked to investigate reports of a stalker that has been harassing the students at night. Things go awry when a student is murdered on campus, believed to be a victim to the stalker.
Althought the the characters are similar to those in Halls of Chaos, my first short film. They are not related in any way. Deranged is a completely different universe.
